The same number — not by coincidence.
The Story
In a village near Óbidos — the medieval town where ginginha has flowed for centuries — a family keeps a recipe alive that no factory could replicate.
Ginja cherries grown on the slopes around Óbidos. Aguardente DOC Lourinhã — Portugal’s finest, from the region. Time. Techniques passed through generations, never written down, never mass-produced, never compromised.
This is what ginginha tasted like before it became a souvenir. The famous brands cut corners — importing cherries and spirits from abroad to keep costs down. We don’t. Every element is Portuguese. Every element is local.
Scarcity
From #001 to #210. Each bottle bears its number permanently — hand-stamped, hand-labeled. There is no second batch, no restock, no waitlist that ever resolves.
